Little Black Book has been developed to digitally capture essential signing-in data using a touch screen tablet for visitors arriving at schools, businesses or other establishments. It can capture a photograph of the visitor and it also makes them aware of their responsibilities whilst they are on site.

Little Black Book also notifies the host of a visitors arrival via SMS or email whilst a printer provides a badge for use during the visitors time onsite.

Instant real time recall for use in emergncies, Little Black Book can be used to recall staff attendence, particularly useful when people are working from home much of the time or attending outside normal office hours.

Covid 19

Much focus has been placed in being able to track and trace contacts. Little Black Book provides a cross match facility between visitors and hosts and can cross match between sites. The capturing of phone contact details means that visitors can easily be recontacted by the integrated SMS service.

Little Black Book is fully customisable. Simple multiple site and device configuration from a central portal account. Options include: To configure for both staff and visitors, whether to print a badge card or take a picture, what data to capture at sign-in, enable SMS alerting and the ability to add site specific policy information for visitor acceptance.

Comprehensive logs are kept of both sign-in and sign-out site attendance records for staff and visitors, all of which can be searched and exported. You also have the option to customise the data retention period, of the information stored, in line with you own data retention policy.

Our track and trace log search option provides the correalation and viewing of 'vistor to visting' and 'visting to visitor' information.

The roll call can be retrieved from any PC, tablet or smart phone. This means that whether it is simply a fire drill or a real life emergency the list is a real time reflection of who is in the building. Fire marshalls have simnple access to the visitor list.
